Our Fees are 0.75% plus VAT based on the price achieved for your home. There is a minimum fee of £1,500 including VAT. EPCs are £90 including VAT. Market appraisals for probate or divorce purposes are £150 including VAT (refunded from our fees if the property is later sold via Picker Elliott).
