Once you have found the ideal home through Picker Elliott, you will be required to complete our Tenant Application Form. Each individual tenant over the age of 18 years must apply by completing a form. All information provided is strictly confidential. A guarantor application will only be required where necessary.
After we have received your completed application form and relevant fee, we will be able to commence the referencing checks. These include landlord, employer, and credit checks and normally take between 1-5 working days. Once you have passed these checks you will be offered a tenancy - subject to contract. Normally the initial tenancy will be for a fixed term of six months.
An initial payment is then required in cleared funds before your agreed move in day. If we are managing your property, we will safely store your deposit with the Deposit Protection Service (DPS.)
